The Japanese Way..

I went to Bandar Indera Mahkota in Kuantan, Pahang two days ago. Stayed in MS Garden and managed to get a government rate. Thanks to my government officer friend who did the reservation on my behalf. The rate was almost slashed to half from the normal price. If anyone is looking for a place to stay in Kuantan, I would suggest MS Garden. It's worth what you are paying for.

During my stay there, I met with my clients and this friend of mine. We hang out until 130 am in the morning, chatting and talking about everything that crossed our minds.

One of the topic that catch my interest was the problem solving method. This friend of mine, previously working with a Japanese Manufacturing Company in Jengka. Because of his determination, he was respected by his Japanese Managers. Each time when problems solved, they will celebrate it with Sake. During this Sake  session, these managers will give advice and tips to survive in the company.

What my friend shared with me was the problem solving method. The method is like this:

Just imagine when there is a huge problem. It consists of many problems which tangled with each other. This will create confusion, depression, demoralization and anger to the problem solver. The Japanese way to solve problems is to segment each of the problem to part problems. After problems has been segmented, they will solve each of the problems bit by bit. Big problems wouldnt be that big anymore..
